Partille-Gunnilse - Saturday 5th July
The long distance area (map Partille-Gunnilse) is located about 20 km from the event centre in the eastern outskirts of Göteborg. It contains hills of varying heights and at the outer part of the area the elevation of the slopes may be over 100 m. The area also includes a number of marshes and lakes but very few paths. The hills are dominated by pine forest with good runnability and the valleys of deciduous forest with lower runnability. At summer time there are areas with high grass vegetation, particularly in the valleys which lowers the runnability. The visibility is good to very good. The finish area is on the field in the north east part of the map Partille-Gunnilse.
Assembly: Signposted from road 190 / Gråbovägen, between Gunnilse and Björsared.
